Founder, CEO and Coach

Natasha Ainsley-Thomas

Originally from the UK, Natasha is the founder of Carolina ForeHER and a coach with over 5 years of experience. A former Division I golfer with multiple top-10 finishes, she brings a background in exercise science, sports performance, and sport psychology to her coaching. She focuses on simplifying the game, building strong fundamentals, and helping women gain confidence on the course.

Nora Purtell

Originally from Brookfield, Wisconsin and now based in Raleigh, is a senior business student at NC State. She has a background in teaching golf at high-end country clubs, is currently pursuing her PGA membership. Nora also enjoys thrifting, baking, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Session Coach – Wake Forest

Jen Patsy

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and now based in Louisburg, NC, has been playing golf since age 12. She competed in High School in Wexford, PA. While choosing to play softball in college, Jen played both shortstop and catcher while earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education as well as a Master’s Degree in School Administration and Higher Education. Jen is also a high school golf girls’ golf coach at Research Triangle High School.

Session Coach – Raleigh

Sydney Naro

Originally from Toronto, Canada, and now based in Raleigh, NC, has been playing golf since age 10. She competed at both Michigan State University and Northern Illinois University, where she earned a degree in Political Science and an MBA. A three-time WGCA All-American Scholar, Sydney recorded several top-10 finishes and won the 2023 Falcon Florida Classic with a 10-under 206, the best 54-hole individual score in NIU history.
