Membership, Programs & Refund Policy
All Carolina ForeHER purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated below. We aim to be fair and flexible where possible while protecting the integrity of our programs, instructors, and small-group experiences.
By purchasing a membership, registering for a class, workshop, lesson, event, or participating in any Carolina ForeHER service, you agree to the following terms.
Memberships (All Tiers)
All Carolina ForeHER memberships are non-transferable and provide access to specific benefits based on the selected tier. Membership benefits are subject to scheduling, availability, and location.
Memberships may include access to digital content, coaching opportunities, events, and community experiences, many of which are released or scheduled over time.
Once a membership has started, all sales are final.
Plus Membership (Annual)
Plus Membership is billed annually.
Includes:
- Access to two online courses with 40+ bite-sized lessons
- Access to Her Playbook with weekly skills and drills
- Operation 36 platform access
- Monthly newsletter and community updates
- Carolina ForeHER Golf Essentials Kit (welcome gift)
Policy Notes:
- Membership is active for 12 months from the purchase date
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Digital access begins immediately and cannot be paused
Pro Membership (Monthly)
Pro Membership is billed monthly and requires a three (3) month minimum commitment.
Includes:
- Pro-only practice, play, and goal-setting sessions
- Unlimited access to all workshops
- $30 monthly event credit
- Monthly guest pass (bring a friend to one workshop class)
- Welcome gift from the Carolina ForeHER store
- Operation 36 platform access for the year
Policy Notes:
- Membership cannot be canceled during the initial 3-month commitment
- After the initial commitment, membership continues month-to-month unless canceled
- Cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle
- Monthly benefits (event credits, guest passes, workshops) do not roll over
- Unused benefits expire monthly and have no cash value
Playing Membership (Monthly)
Playing Memberships are billed monthly and designed for members who want consistent on-course play and social connection.
Options:
- $80/month – Includes two nine-hole events per month
- $35/month – Includes one nine-hole event per month
All Playing Memberships include:
- Guaranteed priority registration for all events
- Access to the Friendship Matchmaking Program
Policy Notes:
- Included nine-hole events must be used within the active billing month
- Events do not roll over and are not exchangeable for cash or credit
- Priority registration does not guarantee placement in sold-out events
Bundle Membership (Monthly)
Bundle Membership includes all Carolina ForeHER offerings at a discounted rate.
Includes:
- Unlimited access to all workshops
- Pro-only practice, play, and goal-setting sessions
- One nine-hole event per month with priority registration
- Monthly guest pass (bring a friend to one workshop class)
- Friendship Matchmaking Program
- Access to Her Playbook
- Access to two online courses with 40+ lessons
- Operation 36 platform access
- Carolina ForeHER Golf Essentials Kit and store welcome gift
- Monthly newsletter and community updates
Policy Notes:
- Bundle Membership is billed monthly
- All bundled benefits must be used within the active billing month
- Unused benefits do not roll over and are non-refundable
- Bundle memberships are sold as bundled programs; individual components are not refundable or exchangeable
Membership Tier Changes
Carolina ForeHER may update membership pricing, benefits, or structure over time. Members will retain access based on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase until their renewal date. Changes will not be applied retroactively.
Workshops (Multi-Week Programs)
- Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the first scheduled session
- After this period, refunds are not available
Low Enrollment
If a workshop does not meet minimum enrollment, participants may choose to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Transfer to another workshop session at a different location or future round
Workshop Location Changes
Members must notify Carolina ForeHER at least seven (7) days in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled workshop session and wish to switch locations.
- Requests made with less than seven days’ notice are not guaranteed
- Location switches are subject to availability, staffing, and capacity
- Missed sessions and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits
Workshops included through Pro or Bundle memberships are subject to capacity and scheduling and do not guarantee placement in sold-out sessions.
Classes (Single-Session Group Classes)
- Refund requests must be made within three (3) days of the scheduled class date
- After this window, refunds are not available
If a class is canceled due to weather or low enrollment, participants may choose a refund or transfer to another available date.
Private Lessons
- All private lesson sales are final
- Refunds are not offered
- Rescheduling is permitted on a case-by-case basis with at least 12 hours’ notice
- Cancellations or no-shows with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being counted as completed
Events & Clinics
- Refunds are available only if requested at least three (3) days before the event date
- Within three days, refunds are not available
- Transfers may be permitted if space allows
If Carolina ForeHER cancels an event, participants will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Event tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in advance.
Weather & Facility Closures
Sessions canceled due to weather or facility issues will be rescheduled or credited, not refunded.
If an entire program is canceled, refund or credit options will be communicated.
Club Rentals
- Club rentals are billed at $35/month and continue until canceled
- To cancel, email admin@golforeher.com and return clubs in person
- Billing ends only once clubs are returned
- Lost or damaged clubs may incur replacement fees
Merchandise
- All merchandise sales are final
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
- Issues must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery
Digital Products
All digital purchases are non-refundable. Please confirm compatibility prior to purchase.
Missed Sessions, Transfers & Credits
- Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refunds
- A one-time transfer may be offered at Carolina ForeHER’s discretion if space allows
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire six (6) months from issue unless otherwise stated
Payment Processing & Disputes
- Processing and service fees are non-refundable
- Please contact admin@golforeher.com before initiating any payment disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future participation
Changes & Substitutions
Carolina ForeHER reserves the right to adjust schedules, substitute instructors, or change locations as needed. Enrollment remains valid under these conditions.
