Workshops

Golf can be intimidating when you’re just starting out. There are so many rules, terms, and unspoken do’s and don’ts that no one ever explains. Traditional lessons can feel isolating, pricey, or overly technical — and when you don’t know where to begin, it’s easy to lose confidence before you even start.

The Solution

That’s why we created Carolina ForeHER Workshops — 6-week programs designed specifically for women who want to finally feel comfortable and confident learning the game.

Our 6-week progressive series guides you from Golf 101 fundamentals through Golf 201 consistency, Golf 301 on-course play, and Golf 401, our Members Pro experience for ongoing improvement and support.

Each workshop includes expert coaching, hands-on practice, and small, supportive groups of 3–12 women. Equipment is provided, sessions start every six weeks, and you can join at any stage.

What You’ll Gain

Guidance from female-only coaches who understand women’s bodies, movement patterns, and the way we learn best.

A clear, simple understanding of golf’s rules and unspoken etiquette, so you never feel out of place, confused, or afraid of “doing something wrong” on the course.

A supportive community of women learning the game together, creating friendships, accountability, and motivation — without intimidation, ego, or mansplaining.

A space where you can ask anything without feeling silly, and learn at your own pace, with coaches who meet you exactly where you’re at.

Great for golfers ready to move beyond the practice areas and gain confidence navigating the course. A perfect next step for anyone looking to advance through Operation 36.

FAQ

Do I need my own golf clubs?

No — clubs can be provided at most locations.
If you have your own clubs, you’re welcome to bring them. We’ll also help guide you if you’re thinking about buying clubs later.

What should I wear?

Comfort is key. We recommend:
– Athletic or comfortable clothing you can move in
– Sneakers or golf shoes (sneakers are totally fine)
– Layers for indoor/outdoor sessions
No dress code pressure here — just show up ready to learn.

What if I miss a week?

We understand life happens. While workshops are progressive, missing a session won’t prevent you from continuing.
We’ll help you catch up where possible and you can make up by joining another session at another location that week, but refunds not guaranteed.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Workshop registrations are non-refundable once the series begins.
If something comes up before the start date, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help when we can.

Is this more instruction or practice?

It’s both.
Each session includes clear instruction, followed by guided practice, so you’re never left wondering what to work on or how to improve.

What if the weather is bad?

For outdoor sessions, we’ll communicate clearly if weather impacts a session.
Indoor facilities or rescheduled sessions may be used when possible.
